There are many traditional ways to brew coffee–drip, french press, espresso, etc.–and all of them use HEAT to get to the wonderful coffee oils inside the bean! But if you’ve got a little patience, you can brew a concentrated, but bitter-less coffee that will keep in your fridge for up to 14 days with no loss of flavor or quality. Plus, its versatile, so you’ll use it to the last drop. Cant take the acids in coffee? Cold brewing negates much of the acid that heat extracts, so give it a try!

    I discovered this cold brew back when I was a barista in Onley, VA. I loved it and always recommended it to my customers. I have since been a barista at several other coffee shops, I have tried other cold brews at many different locations from many different roasters and THIS is the best one in my professional opinion. It is smooth, not bitter but also strong enough to have a great flavor and it is so easy to prepare. My husband and I order this for our home even now that we have moved states away!

Whole Bean: Grind it at home

Coarse: For french press, perc, or cold-brew

Drip: Medium grind for most home coffee brewers, paper cone filters
