Our french roasted Colombian coffee is full of flavor and body without being bitter. A classic single-origin, this roast an excellent choice if you are looking for something a bit bolder than a breakfast blend.
Colombian coffees–the most highly marketed coffees worldwide–are well balanced, medium bodied, & bright. Huila coffee is produced by 97 small (~3.5 acres) growers who’s fully washed & patio sun-dried coffee is hand sorted to ensure the highest quality beans. This is definitely evident in the cup, which is bright, fruity, and complex with a soft and sweet body. The base of many of our blends!
