Our city roasted Colombian Supremo is smooth and slightly sweet–but with the full body you would expect from a beefy South American coffee. Try this one for a milder flavor overall.
Colombian coffees–the most highly marketed coffees worldwide–are well balanced, medium bodied, & bright. Huila coffee is produced by 97 small (~3.5 acres) growers who’s fully washed & patio sun-dried coffee is hand sorted to ensure the highest quality beans. This is definitely evident in the cup, which is bright, fruity, and complex with a soft and sweet body. The base of many of our blends!
